Food Bank Donations Nov & Dec 2025

This holiday season, join us in the spirit of giving as Chesterfield County Parks & Recreation and the community unveil five festive tree-lightings—and with each switch-on, an invitation to help thousands of neighbors in need. Under the banner of Operation Holiday Hundred, we’re running hundreds of food drives across the county—and our aim is simple: hundreds of food drives, thousands of grateful families.

Bring your non-perishable food donation and your warm heart to any of the upcoming tree-lighting ceremonies. Together we’ll light up festive trees, share cookies and cocoa, and—most importantly—fill food-pantry shelves with pasta sides, rice, canned veggies and fruit, peanut butter, beans, oatmeal, granola bars and more. Every item you donate helps bridge the gap for families facing hunger this winter.

Be part of the action. Come for the ceremony, stay for the community, and leave knowing you’ve done something meaningful. You don’t need to register — just bring your donation and your goodwill.
